Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer

Kanakuze Patient is a Public Health graduate from Mount Kenya University with experience in monitoring and evaluation, research, and project coordination. He has strong skills in data analysis using SPSS, Stata, Excel, R programming, and ArcGIS, with basic knowledge of Python. Currently working as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer at Team Heart Rwanda, Patient supports health programs through data management, monitoring indicators, reporting, and strengthening learning systems to improve project performance. He also has practical experience in project management, including activity coordination, data quality assurance, and supporting program implementation.
