Kristin Calheno-Hill, RN

Kristin Calheno-Hill has been a volunteer with Team Heart since 2011. Kristin currently works as a health care consultant with Change Healthcare and was previously a cardiac surgical ICU nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston since 2001. She is a graduate of Northeastern University and received her Master’s degree from Framingham State University. Kristin has traveled to Rwanda on 5 surgical trips helping with care of patients in the ICU and trip coordination. Kristin is an active volunteer for Team Heart, assisting with fundraising efforts, procurement of supplies, and providing administrative support. She describes her work with Team Heart as “the most important and gratifying work of her nursing career”. She is married to her husband, Matt and step-mom to daughter, Jenna.
